The Okanogan School District has Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) with three distinct employee groups: the Okanogan Education Association (Licensed staff), Public School Employees (non-licensed staff), and Okanogan Extra-curricular Association (Coaching and Clubs not requiring a license).
