I have lived in Malott and Okanogan most of my life and have been a School Board Director for Okanogan School District for approximately 18 years.

Rae Jean is a Paralegal with the Law Office of W. Scott DeTro PLLC in Okanogan. She has an AA Decree for Legal Secretary and an AA Degree for Paralegal and has worked in law offices since graduating from Okanogan High School in 1980.

Rae Jean has been a member of Soroptimist for approximately 32 years and has served many times as president, vice president, secretary and as a board member. She enjoys participating in Soroptimist functions which include conferences, helping with local scholarships, awards, and community service activities. 

Rae Jean was born in Chelan and has lived in Malott and Okanogan most of her life. She is married to Randy Kelley, and they have a son, Tanner Kelley, and a daughter, Sarah Kelley.  Golfing, traveling, baking, walking, and gardening are Rae Jean’s favorite hobbies and activities. Rae Jean has served as a school board director for 16 years and continually advocates for the best education for the students at Okanogan School District.
