This week we have moved the focus to choice boards in our distance learning approach, to allow students and their families the flexibility to make choices about how they want to learn. Please choose at least TWO choices in each subject throughout the week!
The teachers will also be posting videos each week on their webpages. Last week, this was a welcome video. This week, they will shift towards instructional videos that go with options on the choice board. Each first grade teacher will be doing a different subject and the activities tied to them will tell you who to watch. Links to their pages can be found below the choice board.
Don’t forget that the recommended learning time for first graders is 45 minutes each day! As we move forward in this process, we would love feedback from families and students on how this is working and what students are working on. A photo or quick video on some of their choices would be great
