    Hello Bulldogs!

    This is the form the Okanogan P.E. team (thanks Ms. Anderson!) has adopted for tracking your exercise!  This will be a great way for you to monitor your progress.  Tracking your exercise can show you what is working and what isn't.  It will allow you to write more productive goals, and help you make small adjustments along the way to get more out of your training!
