Savvasrealize.com is the textbook resource we use. It is an online textbook for the 6th Grade classes using the online textbook, World Geography:myWorld Interactive. Each student has their own unique username and password to be able to log into the site.

The 6th Grade starts with Topic 1: Introduction to Geography. Each Topic Section has a number of lessons and activities that we go through as a class. As the year progresses, the students move through each section with the teacher throughout the course of the school year. As we move through the online textbook we dive deeper into different subject matters, areas and timeperiods of the world that have shaped our history. The students will also do a variety of projects like PowerPoint and Poster projects, as well as, classroom-based assessments during the year to show student learning and growth.
