One of the senior class projects was to paint the equipment barn at the Farmers' Market and the sign poles holding up the sign. The sign was drawn by Steve Hardy and painted Dan and Susan Brown painted the sign in 1996. The posts were turned by Doug Woodrow on his lathe but never painted. Finally a group of seniors painted the poles completing the project after 10 years. The colors resemble the green and yellow of corn, the red of bell peppers, tomatoes, and radishes, and the blue of blueberries. Thank you senior class.
